What you will do

• Support procurement strategy by establishing a capable supply base.
• Manage material qualification processes and support supplier-related changes.
• Identify underperforming suppliers and implement get-well plans to drive performance improvements.
• Track and report on SDE metrics including NPD incident rates and category DPPM.
• Conduct supplier on-site audits and ensure consistent material quality for operations.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and suppliers to implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor or university degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality or Supplier Development.
• Proficiency in ISO/IATF standards and 5 core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA).
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 auditing.
• English proficiency: 85% minimum (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Advanced MS Office skills and basic knowledge of SAP.
