What you will do

• Lead the Quality Management East unit of approximately twelve employees across two locations.
• Oversee quality management planning, execution, and monitoring within various projects.
• Collaborate with projects and line organizations to secure and improve operations from a quality perspective.
• Manage line responsibilities including occupational health, safety, competence planning, and coaching.
• Translate corporate strategies and high-level goals into clear targets for the unit.
• Participate in the quality department's management team to shape operational planning.

Requirements

• Relevant education or professional experience within quality management.
• Proven experience in line management, leadership, and coaching.
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to pass a security vetting process based on national security regulations.
• Strong social capabilities and the courage to drive organizational change.
