What you will do
- Build and deliver scalable backend services using Java 11 and 17+.
- Design and implement APIs and microservices for enterprise-level systems.
- Deploy and manage software across cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
- Contribute to high-level architecture discussions and solution design.
- Develop comprehensive test coverage including unit, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate within agile teams alongside clients and product managers.
Requirements
- Expertise in Java 11 and 17+.
- Proficiency with the Spring Boot framework.
- Deep understanding of deploying enterprise software into public clouds, preferably AWS.
- Experience with microservices, event-driven, CQRS, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (e.g., CloudFormation).
- Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases and experience with Kafka.
Nice to have
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).
- Experience with BDD and writing automation test cases in Cucumber.
- Proficiency with GitLab for CI/CD processes.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, including IAM Roles and KMS.
- Experience with coaching and mentoring junior engineers.
