What you will do

  • Own and develop a new business pipeline targeting club directors, tournament organizers, and venues.
  • Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, and event-based prospecting.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to specific partner needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals by demonstrating clear ROI for partners.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Proven success in outbound sales and closing new business.
  • Experience in SaaS, events, or sports industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and comfort operating in unstructured markets.
