Salary: $147,760 - $221,640

What you will do

• Lead an agile development team to design, develop, and test software features for embedded electronic controls.
• Develop machine software features for both Real-Time and Linux Operating Systems.
• Coordinate software libraries, configuration, and calibration data to build production flash files.
• Develop test plans and validate software to identify and resolve defects.
• Drive the deployment of SIL, AutoSAR, and Interface Standardization.
• Promote software commonality and reuse across different machine applications.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with C programming language and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Strong background in developing embedded software for electronically controlled mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems and data link communications.
• Proficiency with embedded software development tools such as Git, debuggers, and compilers.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Mossville, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Nice to have

• Advanced engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with FMEA processes and electronic system failure modes.
• Fundamental understanding of mobile machine operation, ideally construction equipment.
