What you will do
- Modify laboratory environments to model and simulate MIMU interfaces and EGI performance.
- Collaborate with government and contractor teams to develop alternative approaches for complex technical issues.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict schedules and clear communication.
- Review and model MIMU performance using sensor fusion techniques.
- Support the qualification of system-level specifications and ICDs for new PNT test and evaluation systems.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (science, engineering, or mathematics).
- 6+ years of experience in electronic systems design engineering.
- Expertise in Embedded GPS/INS, MIMU, and Embedded GPS Receiver (EGR) technologies.
- Proficiency in navigation system architectures, including accelerometer and gyroscope modeling.
- Experience with sensor fusion techniques such as Kalman filtering and Bayesian methods.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Matlab, C, and C++.
- Experience with UNIX/LINUX operating systems and Object Oriented design.
- Familiarity with embedded middleware, applications, and services.
- Practical experience with debugging tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
