What you will do

• Operate and optimize cutting-edge cleanroom equipment for chip fabrication.
• Advise clients on process choices, materials, and design trade-offs.
• Monitor and improve production quality to meet high technical standards.
• Train new cleanroom users and assist in equipment maintenance.
• Manage project timelines and expenditures.
• Ensure a safe and compliant lab environment through meticulous process documentation.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Applied Physics, Materials Science, Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Demonstrable experience in semiconductor fabrication (priority).
• English: Proficiency in communication is essential.
• Service-minded and proactive approach to spotting process improvements.
