What you will do
- Operate and optimize cutting-edge cleanroom equipment for chip fabrication.
- Advise clients on process choices, materials, and design trade-offs.
- Monitor and improve production quality to meet high technical standards.
- Train new cleanroom users and assist in equipment maintenance.
- Manage project timelines and expenditures.
- Ensure a safe and compliant lab environment through meticulous process documentation.
Requirements
- BSc, MSc, or PhD in Applied Physics, Materials Science, Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Demonstrable experience in semiconductor fabrication (priority).
- English: Proficiency in communication is essential.
- Service-minded and proactive approach to spotting process improvements.
