Location: Hybrid (Spain), onsite presence required 1-2 days per week

What you will do

  • Manage full IT project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-schedule delivery.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage resource allocation effectively.
  • Identify risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies and escalating when necessary.
  • Support Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or diagnostics.
  • Strong expertise in budget control, resource management, timeline tracking, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, cloud-based solutions, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches.
  • Excellent oral and written English proficiency.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
