What you will do

• Build and maintain Java 21 applications for data retrieval via APIs and web scraping.
• Reverse-engineer websites to extract structured data.
• Monitor data quality and system uptime using Grafana and Kibana dashboards.
• Develop internal tools to improve data collection and processing efficiency.
• Take ownership of work while receiving guidance and mentoring from experienced developers.
• Grow through a structured development path with hands-on projects and peer collaboration.

Requirements

• Solid Java fundamentals with a focus on OOP, data structures, and basic algorithms.
• Understanding of HTTP protocols, requests, responses, and status codes.
• Ability to read and apply technical documentation.
• Curious, analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems independently.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
• English: Good written and spoken skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.

• Academic, personal, or internship Java projects.
