What you will do

• Lead the full fragrance development cycle for complex projects across local and regional customer accounts, from brief to adoption.
• Develop fragrance themes and innovative olfaction solutions aligned with client and brand strategies.
• Partner with perfumers, sales, technical development, marketing, consumer insights, and commercial teams.
• Define and execute category strategies and develop consumer insight plans.
• Monitor scented products and olfactive trends to initiate proactive development aligned with market needs.
• Coach junior fragrance development managers on evaluation techniques and trends, and establish olfactive standards.

Requirements

• University degree in a related area.
• 8–10 consecutive years of experience in fragrance development across various categories, especially fine fragrance.
• Olfactive training and a proven record of successful fragrance launches.
• Creative and strategic thinking, curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
• Strong communication, organization, digital, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
