Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), Dermatology - Washington D.C.

Location: Remote, United States; 50%–75% travel within the assigned geography

What you will do

• Serve as the field subject matter expert on patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, and financial assistance within the Dermatology Business Unit.
• Act as a point of contact for Dupixent MyWay and coordinate with Sales, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, and program vendors.
• Educate healthcare office personnel on reimbursement support, prior authorization, appeals, free-drug programs, and financial assistance.
• Plan and implement geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent.
• Build relationships with customers, state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access and awareness.
• Conduct HCP office visits, resolve escalated issues in a HIPAA-compliant manner, and reduce cycle time while increasing patient conversion.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix and co-promote environment.
• Ability to maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and legal standards.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to meetings, trainings, programs, and customer offices as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in dermatology, respiratory medicine, or Market Access.
• Experience with payer landscapes, Specialty Pharmacy, and Utilization Management criteria.
