Lead Expert D&T (Science, Innovation and Labs)

What you will do

• Implement and manage changes to Science, Research, and Innovation systems based on user requirements, including testing and training.
• Provide expert consultancy on system functionalities and their impact on business process modifications.
• Design and deliver solutions for SIL platforms to support digital transformation and lab automation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for users, suppliers, and customers to resolve incidents and drive process improvement.
• Ensure cybersecurity resilience for all SIL-related applications and systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the Science, Innovation, and Lab domain.
• Knowledge of standard lab tooling including LIMS, CDS, ELN, and instruments interfacing.
• Basic IT knowledge of databases, servers, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and software development.
• Experience in writing, validating, and modifying technical and functional designs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a geographically distributed organization.
