Salary: $36.00 - $47.52 per hour

What you will do

• Triage patient phone calls to determine immediate care needs for cardiac symptoms.
• Conduct patient education via phone or nurse visits regarding medications and home care.
• Manage prescription refills and obtain prior authorizations for medicines.
• Perform clinical duties including taking vital signs and updating EMR medication lists.
• Coordinate and track patient referrals and compliance.
• Handle and document patient specimens and follow up on test results.

Requirements

• Current unencumbered NYS RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum 6 months of previous RN experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; HS Diploma/equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
