What you will do

• Review 90-second ECG strip data and algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and completeness.
• Perform 100% quality assurance of reports provided to medical professionals.
• Communicate critical findings to medical professionals both verbally and in writing.
• Contact patients via telephone to obtain necessary follow-up transmissions.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA Guidelines and Good Clinical Practices.
• Meet productivity and quality metrics for cardiac rhythm analysis and interpretation.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or two years of college coursework preferred.
• Valid Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) certification (RN or Paramedic may qualify).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare, health insurance, or the medical device industry.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the San Francisco office.
• Proficiency with cardiac monitoring systems and cardiology-specific medical terminology.
• Strong attention to detail in arrhythmia interpretation.

Nice to have

• Experience in patient care, clinical operations, or diagnostic lab settings.
• Minimum of 1 year specific ECG monitoring experience (e.g., Holter Technician, Cardiac Rehab).
