What you will do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of paid search campaigns, from strategic planning to operational management.
• Lead and develop a team of paid search marketers through coaching, goal-setting, and performance evaluations.
• Manage daily budget tracking and implement optimized bid rule strategies for keywords and ad groups.
• Partner with clients to identify and present new optimization and testing opportunities.
• Analyze campaign results using reporting and analytics tools to drive data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with other channel leaders to maximize cross-channel impact and overall client growth.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Paid Search with a track record of managing budgets of $1M+.
• 2-3 years of team management experience.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Google Ads Search Certification (required).
• Proficiency in managing PMAX campaigns and utilizing analytics tools.
• Advanced skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Display, Video, App, Shopping, or Demand Gen.
