What you will do

  • Build, drive, and optimize Amazon DSP marketing campaigns to meet client goals using performance metrics such as conversion rates and ROI.
  • Develop sophisticated omnichannel commerce media strategies tailored to each client’s goals, supporting growth, retention, and profitability targets.
  • Integrate hirify.global’s product and technology suite into channel activations and use the tool suite for day-to-day client communication and feedback.
  • Analyze cross-channel data and insights to interpret trends, align with client KPIs, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of commerce media platforms and support clients with updates, certifications, and best practices.
  • Own day-to-day account execution: prioritize work across clients/partners, quality-check deliverables, and monitor performance to ensure campaigns run as intended.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the USA
  • 5–7 years of experience in commerce media, paid commerce, or senior media planning with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Experience executing campaigns with monthly budgets (budget amount not specified in the posting).
  • Experience with commerce media platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo (preferred).
  • Experience with Skai, Analytic Index, Pacvue, and Helium10 (preferred).
