What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional technical and operational teams through progress tracking and meetings to ensure efficient delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and customers, ensuring proper follow-up of technical issues and requests.
• Monitor project performance, including revenue tracking, cost awareness, and alignment with contractual obligations.
• Prepare detailed project and service status reports by analyzing operational and technical data.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify risks and deviations, proposing corrective actions to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Must be based in Seville, Spain for a hybrid work arrangement
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic understanding of project financials, including revenue, costs, and margins.
• Familiarity with project lifecycles and service delivery environments.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
