What you will do

• Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of the 340B program to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Pharmacy 340B team, including overseeing daily performance and conducting reviews.
• Perform and review monthly self-audits of the outpatient 340B program to identify and report discrepancies.
• Serve as a primary liaison to Finance, providing critical data on program utilization, savings, and process improvements.
• Coordinate operating and capital plans, performing monthly variance analysis for the pharmacy business line.
• Facilitate communications and partnerships with software providers, wholesalers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information technology, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, IT, or business management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the 340B program.
• Must obtain 340B University ACE certification within 6 months of hire.
• Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and manage complex organizational relationships.
• Advanced analytical, presentation, and professional communication skills.
