What you will do

• Collect and document requirements for automating manual claims entry processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall program performance.
• Analyze claims data to reduce error and rejection rates in processing.
• Lead workshops and presentations for executive and technical stakeholders.
• Articulate integration priorities and constraints to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of total professional experience.
• Proven experience with Veteran Affairs (VA) claims systems and processing.
• Knowledge of VA claims transactions (837 and 835).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Experience with Acentra (eCAMS) Electronic Healthcare Claims Edition.
• Experience with Pegasystems (PEGA) Smart Claims.
• Background in healthcare organizations such as hospitals, health systems, or insurance companies.
