Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Location: Dublin, Ohio, United States; flexible hybrid work in any Midwest office

Salary: Starting at $125,000 per year, with final compensation based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and end-to-end delivery.
• Guide and mentor engineers, designers, and CAD professionals.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated technical solutions.
• Prepare and review plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Work with clients and regulatory agencies while supporting proposals and new business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience delivering water, wastewater, or stormwater projects.
• Strong project management and team leadership experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Solid technical expertise and commitment to quality delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
