What you will do

  • Lead commercial launch readiness workstreams to ensure comprehensive planning and timely execution of new product and service offerings.
  • Design and deploy structures for commercial launch planning, managing detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate critical decisions, risks, and mitigations to senior stakeholders.
  • Standardize commercial launch planning approaches across the organization to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Partner with project managers to integrate technical and business considerations into overarching project plans.
  • Provide post-launch support to ensure a successful transition from readiness into steady-state commercial execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of cross-functional management experience with a proven record of delivering results.
  • 6+ years of experience leading complex projects within the healthcare, life sciences, pharma, or medical device industries.
  • Proficiency in project management software, specifically Smartsheet, Miro, and MS Office.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of working time.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, new product planning, or commercial operations.
  • Certification in change management.
