What you will do

• Lead medium-to-complex programmes (€2.5M-€6M) ensuring strategic alignment and financial performance.
• Act as senior client lead and strategic partner for global stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end delivery health, KPIs, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Own programme gross profit, revenue forecasting, and cost control.
• Optimize workflows, governance, and ways of working to improve efficiency and quality.
• Oversee resource planning and mentor senior teams to ensure clear accountability.

Requirements

• Extensive experience running large, complex global programmes in agencies or in-house studios.
• Senior leadership background across digital, social, and content ecosystems.
• Strong client presence and a commercial mindset.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build new operational structures.
• Proven mix of strategic thinking, operational rigour, and people leadership.
