What you will do

• Own the operational health of COLO and BTS sites, covering power, cooling, space, and connectivity.
• Enforce SLA compliance across landlords and providers, driving remediation for any breaches.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, including reviewing Methods of Procedure (MOPs).
• Plan and drive site audits for compliance, capacity, and physical security.
• Serve as the primary interface between hirify.global and data center landlords for day-to-day operations.
• Build reporting dashboards to provide leadership with visibility into site health and risk.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or critical facilities/infrastructure management.
• Proven experience managing data center infrastructure (power, cooling, space) in colocation or build-to-suit environments.
• Strong background in managing third-party vendors and landlords against contractual obligations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and sites simultaneously.
• Must be authorized to work in the country of application.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI/HPC or high-density GPU compute infrastructure.
• Knowledge of audit frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or Uptime Institute Tier standards.
• Certifications such as PMP or Uptime ATD.
• Proficiency with Jira or ServiceNow.
