• Own the end-to-end operational execution of strategic initiatives on non-negotiable timelines.
• Translate high-level blueprints into actionable workstreams, milestones, and practical details.
• Eliminate ambiguity by creating clear structures and managing the messy details of execution.
• Build a lean, repeatable playbook for executing complex strategic initiatives at scale.
• Lead through influence and data, holding all stakeholders, including C-level executives, accountable.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering huge, complex projects in high-intensity environments.
• Ability to instantly break down ambiguous goals into clear, logical, and actionable steps.
• Relentless drive and the ability to chase answers and hit strict deadlines.
• Comfortable making decisions with 80% of the information in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
