What you will do

• Own AI program strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Translate business problems into clear technical workstreams while collaborating with data scientists and engineers.
• Establish program governance, including steering committees, risk management, and executive communications.
• Drive solution design reviews to ensure scalability, robustness, and security of AI systems.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance delivery culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years in technology consulting and delivery, specifically at a Big 3 or top-tier firm.
• 5+ years of program or portfolio management experience leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary tech programs.
• Proven track record of delivering AI, data, or analytics programs into production.
• Hands-on technical background in Data Science or Software Engineering, with proficiency in reading code.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
• Understanding of the LLM life cycle and experience with AI/ML product delivery.
