What you will do

• Own the system-level integration of propulsion (BLDC motors, ESCs, batteries), avionics, payloads, and mechanical structures.
• Perform hands-on root-cause analysis and troubleshoot complex cross-disciplinary integration issues.
• Define and implement sub-system interfaces, including wiring, communication protocols, and power budgets.
• Plan and execute integration and verification activities throughout the product lifecycle, from prototypes to series production.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers during system validation phases.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in systems or integration engineering within aerospace, automotive, or defense environments.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary interactions across mechanical, electrical, software, and propulsion systems.
• Proven hands-on experience with debugging and verification of complex hardware products.
• Experience transitioning products from prototype-heavy environments into large-scale series production.
• Structured, analytical mindset with a pragmatic, execution-driven approach.
