What you will do

• Manage statutory financial accounting and Group consolidated financial statements under IFRS/US GAAP.
• Collaborate closely with auditors, legal counsels, tax, and regional finance teams.
• Develop group accounting policies and implement new processes and system changes.
• Establish and improve internal controls and business processes to identify and close gaps.
• Lead ad-hoc special projects, including valuations, M&A, and adoption of new accounting standards.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Group finance team.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in complex group consolidation within Big 4 financial service audit or a financial institution.
• Proven experience in managing US IPO projects or announcements to US stock exchanges.
• Degree in Accountancy or a recognized qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc.).
• Expertise in IFRS/US GAAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English and Chinese is required.
• Must be located in or able to work from Hong Kong or Singapore.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry.
• Experience with Oracle/Hyperion and data analytic tools.
