What you will do

• Oversee development and implementation of front-end features and improvements in collaboration with Design and Product.
• Collaborate with other Tech Leads to build a cohesive, high-performing engineering organization.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver new features aligned with the Design System and UX strategy.
• Lead solutioning for complex feature requests, ensuring alignment with architectural decisions.
• Create detailed documentation for feature development with architectural considerations and technology strategy alignment.
• Lead advanced testing practices to maintain strong test coverage and reliability.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with React and strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, plus HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency with front-end build tools.
• Advanced understanding of software engineering principles (e.g., SOLID, DRY).
• Understanding of APIs, data fetching strategies, and efficient client-server data flow management.
• Leadership experience guiding teams, making architectural decisions, and driving technical excellence.
• Good written and spoken English for effective communication and presentation.

Nice to have

• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with PHP or related backend technologies.
• Experience with enterprise-level solutions and large-scale system architectures.
• Familiarity with Scrum or other agile development processes.
• Experience with cloud computing, Docker/containerisation, and practices like refactoring, clean code, domain-driven design, and test-driven development.
