What you will do

• Oversee the development of front-end features and improvements in collaboration with Design and Product stakeholders.
• Take ownership of software architecture decisions and guide the team toward technical excellence.
• Ensure all new components align with the organization's Design System and UX strategy.
• Lead the solutioning of complex feature requests and create detailed strategic documentation.
• Drive the implementation of advanced testing practices to ensure high reliability and coverage.
• Produce well-architected, efficient, and scalable code as a role model for engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven leadership experience in guiding teams and making architectural decisions.
• Advanced understanding of software engineering principles, including SOLID and DRY.
• Proficiency with front-end build tools and efficient data fetching strategies.
• Good written and spoken English for effective communication.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with PHP or related backend technologies.
• Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and cloud computing.
• Experience with Scrum, Clean Code, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
