Frontend Team Lead (React)
Looking for a Frontend Team Lead who will maintain the technical quality of the product and lead the horizontal development of the frontend direction.
Remote from anywhere, except Russia and Belarus.
Must-have experience (critical)
- 6+ years of frontend development experience
- Developing at least one product for 3+ years
- Technical leadership for 2+ years
- People management (hiring, onboarding, personal development)
- Implementing development processes (code review, tech design review, testing culture, etc.)
- Product frontend infrastructure (shared libraries, Webpack/Vite, ESLint, Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
- Large technical migrations
- Implementing product experiments
- Technical debt management (planning, prioritising, taking action)
Technical skills
- Architecture - OOP/FP design patterns, React/Redux, SOLID/GRASP
- Languages - deep knowledge of JS (ES2019) and TypeScript
- Performance - Core Web Vitals, page speed metrics, optimisation
- Rendering & routing - CSR, SSR, various routing approaches
- Debugging & profiling - Chrome DevTools and similar (especially optimising long tasks)
- English - B2 (constant communication in English)
- CI/CD - understanding of principles
