• Provide technical leadership, actively review design and code, and make hands-on contributions to team objectives.
• Collaborate with product management to develop roadmaps and execution plans for large initiatives.
• Drive complex changes involving multiple components and ensure quality, including automated tests and monitoring.
• Manage a small team, helping members develop career growth plans and providing regular feedback.
• Analyze and optimize team efficiency while communicating important developments to leadership.

Requirements

• 11+ years of software development engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building enterprise-level services.
• Experience in providing technical and project leadership for initiatives involving multiple teams.
• Experience in contributing to the professional growth of software engineers and conducting interviews.
• Comfortable working on an agile, distributed team across time zones.
• Must be a resident of CO, CA, IL, NY, WA, or Washington DC.

Nice to have

• Experience with server-side languages/technology (C#, Java, NodeJS, SQL).
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React/Redux.
