What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, both in-person and remotely.
- Process and resolve incoming IT tickets within the ticketing system.
- Provision and deploy hardware, including laptops and desktop applications.
- Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Maintain office technology hardware such as printers, copiers, and AV conferencing systems.
- Create and maintain knowledge management documentation for end users.
Requirements
- Must be able to be onsite in the Libertyville, IL office 5 days per week.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a desktop support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and macOS.
- Experience with MDM tools like Intune or JAMF.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
- Ability to troubleshoot networking, AV, and infrastructure hardware.
