What you will do

• Develop fit-for-purpose packaging solutions and create technical drawings and specifications.
• Produce conceptual prototypes and manage materials for implementation.
• Identify and deliver packaging improvement opportunities to reduce costs and damage.
• Manage packaging Bills of Materials (BOM) and standardize the packaging range.
• Create inbound and outbound logistics pallet plans.
• Collaborate with customers, 3PL providers, and internal technical teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in packaging design.
• Proficiency in CAD and graphics software.
• Strong understanding of 2D and 3D technical drawings.
• Competence in MS Office.
• Ability to manage and interpret large data sets with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Degree or A-levels in a design-related subject.
• Knowledge of corrugated automotive packaging and supply cycles.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing environments.
• Strong commercial awareness.
