What you will do

• Conduct first-off, in-process, and final inspections based on engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and specifications.
• Identify, document, and escalate non-conformances in accordance with site quality procedures.
• Manage the containment, segregation, and traceability of non-conforming products and materials.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality concerns and improve process performance.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation to ensure constant audit readiness.
• Participate in quality audits, process verification activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience as a Quality Technician or in Quality Control within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proven ability to perform product inspections against engineering drawings and workmanship standards.
• Experience managing non-conforming products and supporting containment activities.
• Ability to maintain precise inspection records and quality documentation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom/Northern Ireland

Nice to have

• Experience with switchgear, panel build, or electro-mechanical assembly.
• Exposure to low- or medium-voltage electrical products.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management principles.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement principles.
