What you will do

• Design, evaluate, and test mechanical parts and assemblies for ATMs to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Analyze and approve First Article Inspection (FAI) reports for sheet metal and plastic mouldings to verify manufacturing accuracy.
• Apply strict Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to optimize geometry for injection molding and tooling.
• Perform tolerance stack analysis and apply GD&T principles to ensure robust assembly performance.
• Create and test prototypes to validate new concepts and design innovations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global suppliers to ensure successful product release and implementation.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and/or Product Design and Development.
• Proficiency in CAD software (preferably Creo or SolidWorks).
• Strong understanding of sheet metal, plastic moldings, mechanisms, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience with technical drawing, dimensioning, and tolerancing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to customers and stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
