Strategic Account Manager (Data Centers)

TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (Data Centers): Managing relationships with enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle with an accent on client retention and operational performance. Focus on coordinating between internal teams (Sales, Construction, Operations) and clients to ensure SLA compliance and high-quality customer experience.

Location: Saint Bruno-de-Montarville, Pointe-Claire, Saint-Laurent, or Québec, QC. 3 days on-site required, 2 days flexible.

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison for enterprise customers, addressing their technical and operational needs.
• Manage client requests via the client portal and ensure efficient ticket handling.
• Report on operational performance, SLA compliance, and financials through monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual business reviews.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, construction, operations, and finance teams to align solutions with client expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Sales, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in client-facing or operational roles (Data Center Ops, Project Management, Customer Support, or Sales).
• Bilingualism in French and English is required.
• Experience supporting an ITIL-based Service Management program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
