People Project Specialist (HR): Management of global People (HR) projects and initiatives to enhance the people experience and integrate best practices with an accent on policy alignment, governance, employee engagement, and change management. Location: Hybrid (2 days in office per week); must be based in or be able to relocate to Cardiff (UK) or The Hague (Netherlands)

Salary: £37,500–£41,500 (Cardiff) or €43,276–€47,892 (The Hague)

What you will do

• Manage global HR projects from the planning phase through to final delivery.
• Support the development and governance of HR policies and frameworks.
• Lead the delivery of people experience initiatives to enhance organizational culture.
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the global organization.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within HR processes.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience supporting HR projects or initiatives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in analytical thinking and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of HR principles and employment legislation.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Cardiff, UK or The Hague, Netherlands.
