What you will do

• Lead PMO governance across a portfolio of customer change initiatives.
• Facilitate governance forums to review, prioritise, and track change demand effectively.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and management information for programme visibility.
• Own RAID management processes, driving mitigation actions and escalating risks.
• Coordinate delivery with project managers, finance, contract managers, and customer PMO teams.
• Manage commercial governance, including cost tracking and billing readiness.

Requirements

• Sole British citizenship and eligibility for UK Security Clearance.
• Proven PMO experience within a complex programme, portfolio, or change environment.
• Expertise in governance and reporting, including the creation of management dashboards.
• Demonstrable experience in RAID management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organisational levels.
• Analytical skills to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience within telecommunications, technology, or managed services environments.
• PRINCE2, P3O, MSP or equivalent project/programme management qualifications.
• Experience in financial governance, cost tracking, and commercial controls.
• Experience leading or mentoring other PMO professionals.
