What you will do

• Design and drive the implementation of credit decision model solutions to automate decisionhirify.global for Business Bankhirify.global clients.
• Perform risk scenarios and simulation analyses to optimize models and policies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align model design with commercial strategies and value propositions.
• Partner with credit risk policy experts to ensure consistent application of risk standards.
• Monitor and maintain the soundness and effectiveness of credit decision processes.
• Manage delivery trackhirify.global and communicate progress across various seniority levels.

Requirements

• Master's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understandhirify.global of commercial products and credit risk management.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and SAS.
• Strong analytical thinkhirify.global and problem-solvhirify.global skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and handle conflicthirify.global priorities.
• English: C1 (Fluent) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with credit decision model processes and policies.
• Proficiency in Dutch or French.
