What you will do

• Tackle critical modelling challenges across the organization, providing expertise to various teams and projects.
• Develop innovative solutions, methodologies, and analytical tools to enhance credit risk management.
• Translate complex quantitative analysis into practical recommendations and tangible business impact.
• Drive strategic initiatives, test new methodologies, and explore emerging analytical techniques.

Requirements

• MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Physics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field.
• Professional experience within credit risk modelling.
• English: C1 proficiency required.
• Ability to navigate between deep technical analysis and discussions with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in IRB or IFRS9 model development, validation, or implementation.
• Experience acting as a sparring partner to senior management.
• Exposure to various risk disciplines, portfolios, or regulatory initiatives.
