Salary: 13,000 - 28,000 PLN (depending on level)

What you will do
- Tackle critical modelling challenges across the organization, providing expertise to various teams and projects.
- Develop innovative solutions, methodologies, and analytical tools to enhance credit risk management.
- Translate complex quantitative analysis into practical recommendations and tangible business impact.
- Drive strategic initiatives, test new methodologies, and explore emerging analytical techniques.
Requirements
- MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Physics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field.
- Professional experience within credit risk modelling.
- English: C1 proficiency required.
- Ability to navigate between deep technical analysis and discussions with senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in IRB or IFRS9 model development, validation, or implementation.
- Experience acting as a sparring partner to senior management.
- Exposure to various risk disciplines, portfolios, or regulatory initiatives.
