What you will do

• Develop, test, and maintain predictive credit risk models and scorecards.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and risk drivers for lending and customer decisions.
• Prepare and transform data, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process.
• Monitor model performance and implement necessary improvements.
• Utilize GenAI and other analytical tools to automate routine tasks and enhance insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver business-aligned analytical solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Numpy, scikit-learn), PySpark, and SQL.
• Strong grasp of probability, statistical inference, linear algebra, and calculus.
• Understanding of regression analysis and machine learning.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
