What you will do

• Deliver analytics projects focused on statistical and predictive modelling using regression techniques and machine learning.
• Develop, test, and validate predictive models and credit risk scorecards to support business decision-making.
• Create new credit risk-related scores, attributes, and use cases for the company's analytics platforms.
• Analyze large-scale data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, transforming them into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytics needs and position statistical models based on business value.
• Work with colleagues across the Nordics on innovation initiatives and capability development.

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field.
• Hands-on professional experience in data analysis, statistics, predictive modelling, or machine learning.
• Exposure to credit risk modelling, scorecard development, or risk analytics.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Lysaker, Norway.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or consulting.
• Experience with PySpark, cloud-based analytics, or large-scale data processing.
• Knowledge of credit risk management regulations.
