Salary: €75,000 – €90,000

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end, driving top-line revenue.
- Optimize internal ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS using Hex (SQL), Amplitude, and Looker Studio.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, push budget increases, and execute format tests.
- Debug technical cost-data drifts and coordinate solutions between commercial partners and engineering teams.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for the Growth team to scale efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
- Must be based in Beijing (Hybrid: 5 days a week in office).
- Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable stories for non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to handle both commercial negotiations with advertisers and technical discussions with algorithm teams.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of platform-marketing metrics such as ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU.
- Experience managing advertiser accounts in performance marketing or rewarded UA (mobile gaming).
- Hands-on experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
- Background in top-tier consulting (MBB) or as a Senior Associate in a high-growth scale-up.
