Location: Hybrid (Shanghai, China / Hong Kong, SAR)

What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance against acquisition goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Gather, clean, and analyze campaign data to identify actionable insights.
  • Prepare performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to align ad strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Apple Search Ads.
  • Strong skills in data gathering, analysis, and reporting using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Data Studio.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPI, CAC, ROAS, and ARPU.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, keyword strategy, and attribution models.
  • Experience with analytics platforms like Firebase, Appsflyer, or Google Analytics.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
