What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Manage large-scale digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI and user acquisition.
• Own performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
• Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives and partner with creative teams for conversion-focused messaging.
• Track and analyze KPIs including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates to refine targeting.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to foster a data-driven, high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing high-budget, multi-channel paid ad campaigns in fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Expertise in paid ad platforms, bidding strategies, and attribution models.
• Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Appsflyer.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work from Shanghai or Hong Kong.
