What you will do

• Develop and execute 360° marketing plans to drive user adoption and transaction volume for payment products.
• Identify, onboard, and manage strategic relationships with merchants, billers, and telco partners.
• Design and implement high-impact co-marketing campaigns to enhance payment utility and network effects.
• Analyze consumer insights and competitive data to tailor global best practices to the Filipino market.
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from budgeting and creative development to performance tracking and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development, and Analytics teams to align on growth goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in user growth, marketing, or partnership roles.
• Proven track record of executing co-marketing campaigns with merchants and partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in both Chinese and English.
• Deep understanding of digital payments landscape, user behavior, and competitive dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience within a leading payment company or e-wallet in China (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay).
• Experience in a global fintech/payment company or Chinese internet company's overseas ventures.
• Experience in Southeast Asian markets.
