TL;DR

Growth Manager (AdTech): Managing and scaling a book of advertiser accounts by optimizing ROAS and revenue growth with an accent on data-driven decision making and technical-commercial translation. Focus on tuning internal ROAS targets, identifying revenue levers, and coordinating between commercial partners and engineering teams.

Location: Hybrid (Tokyo, Japan)

What you will do

  • Own and manage 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end, driving top-line revenue growth.
  • Optimize internal ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS using SQL-notebook tools, Amplitude, and Looker Studio.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities, including budget increases, geo expansions, and format tests.
  • Act as a primary bridge between commercial partners and technical engineering teams to debug data drift and coordinate ETAs.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures to improve the Growth team's playbook.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
  • Must be based in Tokyo for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear stories for non-technical listeners.
  • Proficiency in SQL or comparable data analysis tools (e.g., Hex).
  • Proven track record of owning outcomes and driving measurable business growth.

Nice to have

  • Experience with platform marketing metrics such as ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU.
  • Hands-on experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
  • Background in top-tier consulting (MBB) or as a Senior Associate in a scale-up environment.
  • Direct experience with rewarded UA platforms.
