What you will do
- Drive B2C demand and improve LTV through paid media, CRM, and locally relevant campaigns.
- Manage the full B2B partner lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Act as a bridge between global and local teams to ensure effective marketing execution.
- Build and standardize scalable marketing processes from initial setup to operational maturity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data, Legal, Product, and Account Management.
- Manage local vendors, agencies, and media outlets to deliver marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including B2C paid marketing and B2B growth.
- 5+ years of hands-on localization experience with a focus on quality.
- Native-level Japanese and Business-level English proficiency.
- Valid work authorization in Japan is mandatory.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on insights.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and build processes from 0 to 1.
Nice to have
- Experience in luxury, watches, or marketplace business models.
- Familiarity with tools such as Braze, GA4, Looker, Asana, and Jira.
- Experience in event planning and on-site execution.
- Vendor management experience including SLA oversight.
