What you will do

• Assemble and rework cables, wire harnesses, chassis, and printed circuit boards.
• Interpret blueprints, wire lists, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
• Utilize specialized tools including soldering equipment, hot tweezers, calipers, and tape measures.
• Maintain compliance with strict quality standards and engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to support aerospace and defense programs.
• Mentor and assist lower-level assemblers as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cable, wire harness, or electronic assembly.
• Proficiency with soldering tools and assembly equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring tools like calipers and tape measures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Poway, CA.
