TL;DR

Coordinator, Business Project Management (Event Management): Coordinating convening events and visa support for the Gender Equality Division with an accent on logistics, scheduling, and international participant coordination. Focus on delivering high-quality offsite experiences and optimizing visa application processes.

Location: Based in Seattle, WA. Must have unrestricted work authorization in the USA (no sponsorship provided).

Salary: $36.68 - $51.39 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end project planning, coordination, and logistical support for multiple division convenings and events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external collaboration to ensure event quality and alignment with goals.
  • Partner with the Travel and Visa team to research country-specific requirements and draft visa support documents.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, FAQs, and guidance materials for convening and visa processes.
  • Track service metrics and produce recurring workload reports to assist in resource planning.

Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination, business operations, or event management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Broad knowledge of basic project management practices and tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to solve problems on the fly.
  • Unrestricted work authorization in the USA is required.
